We process personal data, such as name, company, address, email, and phone number, to the extent permitted under legislation for example on the basis of and according to permission provided by customers. Additionally, we send newsletters to our members and stakeholders or other parties that are important for Photonics Finland operations.
We mainly collect personal data from our members or parties that are using our services, when joining to Photonics Finland, making an registration to our events or exhibitions with Photonics Finland, signing up for newsletters or participating for our surveys. We process personal data so that we can perform our statutory project and association related obligations.

Personal data related to marketing is stored until the member, stakeholder or other parties important for Photonics Finland operations requests their information to be removed from the register.
