SUMMARY:APPLICATIONS OF PHOTONICS 2022
DESCRIPTION:UEF’s popular presentations on Applications of Photonics will be again held this year as a series of hybrid lectures live in Joensuu & online in Microsoft Teams. The presentations are organized in collaboration with PREIN flagship and Photonics Finland. \n\n\n\nHosted by Professor Jyrki Saarinen and starting on October 24 (six lectures per week: Mondays at 14-16\, Wednesdays at 10-12 and at Thursdays 12-14)\, the lectures consist of applications of photonics and company overviews given by professionals of the field from various companies\, and after each lecture\, a dedicated discussion section offers networking possibilities to listeners from all around the world. \n\n\n\nMoreover\, the lectures are also included in Month of Photonics\, Photonics Center Opening Week\, PSRS Industrial Days\, Forest&Photonics 2022\, and MSc course at “Applications of Photonics” UEF. \n\n\n\nLectures can be joined in set presentation locations in UEF Joensuu campus\, or online via Microsoft Teams.
