This year you can choose from three different tracks:  \n\n\n\n1) Track 1: a full paper submission (4-6 pages). Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. (http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/).  \n\n\n\n2) Track 2 will only require an extended abstract (1-2 pages) and will only be published in the conference proceedings.  \n\n\n\n3) Track 3 is reserved for commercial white papers (1-4 pages) and will only be published in the conference proceedings.
