SUMMARY:Applications of Photonics 2024
DESCRIPTION:UEF’s popular presentations on Applications of Photonics will be again held this year as a series of hybrid lectures live in Joensuu & online in Microsoft Teams. The presentations are organized in collaboration with PREIN flagship and Photonics Finland. \n\n\n\nHosted by Professor Jyrki Saarinen and starting on October 29th (six lectures per week: Tuesdays at 12-14\, Wednesdays at 10-12 and at Thursdays 14-16)\, the lectures consist of applications of photonics and company overviews given by professionals of the field from various companies\, and after each lecture\, a dedicated discussion section offers networking possibilities to listeners from all around the world. \n\n\n\nLectures can be joined in set presentation locations in UEF Joensuu campus\, or online via Microsoft Teams.
