The position overview:<\/p>\n
– The person will take part in designing, implementing and testing mechanical and automated hardware assemblies. The equipment includes electrical, electronic, mechanical, optical, pneumatic components.<\/p>\n
– The person’s primary task is to design and implement the embedded software for Hypermemo’s solutions and products.<\/p>\n
– The position is full-time, office-based in Joensuu, Finland.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Required education and experience:<\/p>\n
– Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Electronics, Industrial Automation or related technical field;<\/p>\n
– Min. 5 years experience in embedded systems development;<\/p>\n
– Professional working experience in developing embedded software, incl. Embedded Linux and MCU;<\/p>\n
– Knowledge of C\/C++ in relation to embedded systems; <\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Skills considered as a advantage:<\/p>\n
– Knowledge of G-code and CL Data;<\/p>\n
– Knowledge of Python and other scripting languages;<\/p>\n
– Strong knowledge of control engineering; <\/p>\n
– Basic knowledge of PLC programming (IL\/ST\/LL); <\/p>\n
– Electronics circuits design knowledge and ability to work with PCB schematics and layouts;<\/p>\n
– Experience with industrial lasers and material processing.<\/p>\n

English verbal and written communication skills are critical.<\/p>\n
