Optics and Photonics Days will be held in the Oulu Music Center, located 1.1 km from Oulu main railway station. The accommodation options are available near city center approximately 1.5 km from the venue and 1 km from the main railway station. Traditional dinner will take place on Wednesday 4th June in Radisson Blu Hotel, near city center, and other accommodation options.

Academic session will be held in Tulindberg Hall
Industry session will be held at Madetoja Hall

OPD2025 venue offers easy access to both Academic, and Industry sessions, Exhibition, Poster sessions, and for Coffee & Lunch. At the venue, separated balcony area is reserved for attendees to have more silent space for emails / work.
