How to book sponsorships
- Login to Conftool account with your previous account details or create a new user account by providing your email and new password, then press continue.
- After the log in you are able to register to OPD.
- Select “Register as Participant” and that leads you in “Participant Status Information” selection.
- Gold- or Silver sponsorsips are available “Exhibition booth” or “Exhibition booth, Photonics Finland member” classes and can be found after you select your Participant Status and “Proceed to Step 2: Event and Item Selection”.
- Co-sponsoring options are available in all Participant Status classes and can be found after you select your Participant Status and “Proceed to Step 2: Event and Item Selection”.
We can offer companies the opportunity to be our main sponsor, i.e., “Gold sponsor” (max 2 sponsors), which includes:
- Pre selected Exhibitor table place at Exhibition area + Shared Gold sponsors lounge area next to the table.
- 2 exhibitor persons full conference registrations included.
- Option to register up to +15 special priced Exhibitor extra persons.
- First Priority to keep Exhibitor pitch session speech with extended timing (2min)
- Company logo on the name tags of the participants.
- Sponsors exclusive.
- Company logo to the conference main web page and exhibitors page.
- Sponsors exclusive, other exhibitors get their logo only in the exhibitor page.
- Company logo and 1minute promotional video to the Industry and Academy sessions hall screens.
- Social media promotion (Photonics Finland LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook) and introduction as the Gold sponsor of the event.
- Option to share any handout materials to all participants during registration (OPD-staff coordinates).
- Option to have 1 extra roll up and expolinc wall to be placed in OPD venue area (placement will be assigned by OPD-staff).
- Feature article of Gold sponsors companies leading up to the event – focusing on relevant and current themes to draw interest towards the company prior to OPD. The articles will be published on Photonics Finland website and social media channels.
Cost of Gold sponsorship is 3500 EUR (+VAT 25,5 %).

Alternative option is the “Silver sponsor” (max 4 sponsors), which includes:
- Priority to select the exhibitors table when booked by 10th January. When making the booking after 10th January Silver sponsors can select first from the tables that are currently available.
- Option to register up to +10 special priced Exhibitor extra persons.
- Second Priority to keep Exhibitor pitch session speech.
- Company logo to the name tags of the participants.
- Sponsors exclusive.
- Company name and logo to the conference main web page and exhibitors page.
- Sponsors exclusive, other exhibitors get their logo only in the exhibitor page.
- Company logo to the Industry and Academy sessions hall screens.

- Logo visible on student event social media marketing and at the student event.

- Mentioned in the official program: “Student event co-sponsored by *co-sponsor name*”.
- Option to share any handout materials to all participants during the student event.
Student event co-sponsoring costs 1000 EUR (+VAT 25,5 %).

Student Free Admission co-sponsoring
- Sponsor a student to join OPD, and support the development of the brightest talents of the future! Free admissions are available for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree students who are studying in a Finnish University during 2027. Photonics Finland will approve the students based on their applications.

- Option to share any giweaways during the Poster session (when minimum 4 students sponsored)
- Option to place roll up to the Poster sessions 1 & 2 (when minimum 4 students sponsored).
Cost of Student Free Admission co-sponsoring is 200 EUR (+VAT 25,5 %) per student
