OPD Exhibition takes place during OPD on 26th – 27th May (OPD starts on 25th May). Book your place in the traditionally Sold Out – OPD Exhibition, table places are limited!
The OPD Exhibition provides a great opportunity to reach the whole photonics community in Finland, from Industry to Academia. Also it is a great place to meet new talents for your recruiting needs. Please find all information regarding the OPD Exhibition from this page.
Exhibition Early Bird fee for non members is 2100 EUR / Regular 2300 EUR (VAT will be added to all prices).
Exhibition Early Bird fee for Photonics Finland corporate members is 1100 EUR / Regular 1300€ (VAT will be added to all prices).

Exhibition fee includes:
- A table with table cloth
- 2 chairs
- basic electricity (for charging your laptop, and phone)
- full conference program (lectures, lunches, coffee, dinner) for one person
- an exclusive opportunity to add additional persons to their registration at a discounted fee

OPD2027 Exhibitors:
Exhibition Area
Exhibition table places are numbered from 1 – 47, and selected in order of the registration (Gold and Silver sponsors has first priority). Exhibition space: 2x2m / 4m2; a table: 80x140cm with tablecloth and 2 chairs; Included services: Electricity bar for charging your phone and laptop. For additionally priced extra services such as TV-screen contact tuukka.pakarinen(a)photonics.fi.
Exhibitors can bring their own roll-ups, or other exhibition setups i.e. expo- or flyer stands etc. Please notice that your setups should be inside the area of 2m (max width). Also, please pay attention of the exhibitors next to your table to make the exhibition pleasant for all.
Exhibitors booth set-up schedule
Exhibitors can Move in on Tuesday 26th May starting at 12.00 until 20.00. The venue organizer will set up the tables and electricity ready. For shipments – See the information and schedule below.
Exhibitors pitch
All exhibitors have possibility to promote their company in exhibitors pitch session. Exhibitors are shared in 2 pitch sessions, please see the sessions list / company presentation order TBA.
- Only 1 minute / max 2 slides (no slide-animations, organizer will add Logo-slide) presentations. So basically ”Elevator Pitch” logic.
- Please send your slides to tuukka.pakarinen@photonics.fi as pdf 16:9 format (1920×1080). Deadline is 20th May 2027.
Invite your clients to visit at OPD Exhibition
On Thursday 27th May during 10.00 and until 14.00 OPD Exhibition (Dipoli 2nd floor Capitolium and Sied Hall area) is open free of charge for visitors, but the pre-registration is needed. You may register as a visitor HERE.
Logistics (Shipments Move in – Move out)
Logistics – Exhibitor shipments move in OPD2027 / Dipoli, Espoo
(PLEASE TARGET YOUR SHIPMENTS DELIVERY TO 24th and 25th May 2027).
Shipments move in schedule to OPD venue:
- Monday 24th of May at 08:00 – 16:00
- Tuesday 25th of May at 08:00 – 16:00
- Sponsors (Gold- and Silver): Shipments during week 20.

Logistics – Exhibitor shipments move out from OPD2027 / Dipoli, Espoo starts at 15:00.
(PLEASE NOTICE: ALL SHIPMENTS NEEDS TO BE PICKED UP BY FRIDAY 28th May 2027 at 16.00 AT THE LATEST).
Please leave your shipments at the front / or under the exhibition table either on a pallet or something with wheels on them. If you need to leave behind something very large, please negotiate about it beforehand with the venue team. OPD helps to coordinate the pick ups on 27th May, until 18.00. The shipments leaving on 28th May will be coordinated by the Dipoli staff untill 16.00.
- Parcels needs to be fully packed with shipping labels ready. You may print labels from the OPD registration / info desk. Add information of the courier company that will pick you your parcel(s) and pick up date / time + your contact card.
- All pick ups needs to be done by 28th May, between 15:00 – 16:00 at the latest!
