Registration to OPD2025 is now open, if you have any special requests, please contact us directly. Registration for the Job Fair and Nordic Annual meeting will be opened closer to the event. The registration fees are listed in the table below. Please make your registration HERE.

* Extra dinner ticket can be added at 160€ (180€ after 8th of April, 200€ after 6th of May). Price includes OPD social program (Get together reception on 3rd June and Conference dinner on 4th June).

Payment policy:

  • Payments by invoice are available until 15th of April, after that payments only by credit / debit card.
  • Please make sure that your payments are done before coming to OPD.
  • If your payment has done recently (in May), please have the payment confirmation receipt available for check to avoid unnecessary waiting at the venue.
  • Exhibitors: The payments needs to be done before table place selection.
    • Table places are shared in the order of the registration during spring 2025, if the company has not make the payment in due time the registration position will be automatically moved to last.

Refund policy:

  • Regular registrations: Cancellations made after 5th May are non refundable.
    • Cancellations made before 5th May: there will be a handling fee of 50€ if the payment was already made and you ask for a refund (accounting costs)
  • Exhibitors and Sponsors: Cancellations made after 15th April are non refundable.
    • Cancellations made before 15th April: there will be a handling fee of 50€ if the payment was already made and you ask for a refund (accounting costs)
