Responsibilities
In this role, you will participate in developing and refining lithography processes related to microstructure mastering using direct write laser (DWL) lithography. The role includes developing and implementing lithography processes for new equipment, taking responsibility for assigned machinery, supporting research and development with new materials and chemicals, and collaborating closely with senior lithography specialists and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
-M.Sc. (Tech) degree or higher in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience as an engineer or technical specialist (laboratory technician)
-Experience in lithography, nano- or microstructure fabrication, and cleanroom processes
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-Ability to work proactively and systematically in a cross-functional environment
-A customer- and goal-oriented mindset with the initiative to solve practical, hands-on challenges
-Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
