About the role
As we continue to scale customer programs, improve execution speed, and bring new products and manufacturing processes to production, we are looking for a Manufacturing Lead to strengthen our Product Engineering team in Espoo. The role focuses on industrialization, manufacturing readiness, and building repeatable ways of working from early development to scalable delivery.
You will be part of our Product Engineering team, working at the intersection of R&D, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, suppliers and customer programs. Together, we make sure that new products and processes are ready for reliable, scalable manufacturing.
In this role you will own the manufacturing workstream in customer and internal projects: define the manufacturing concept, drive DFM/DFA and process development, ensure tooling, documentation and test readiness, remove practical bottlenecks, and lead transfer from prototyping to pilot and production with internal teams and external partners. This is not a line-management position, but a project-driven technical leadership role in manufacturing.
