Photonics Finland along with the European Optical Society (EOS) wants to welcome Maria Vorobeva, our new Marketing Communications Intern onboard who started in March 2023.
Maria Vorobeva is a pre-graduate student of Karelia University of Applied Sciences, majoring in International Business. She gained over 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing, after being the marketing assistant for a University for 1 year prior, and taking a marketing position at startup company for 6 months.
Maria is supporting Photonics Finland and EOS with the implementation of Photonics Finland and EOS communication and marketing materials, production and marketing of the OPD2023 (Joensuu 30 May – 1 June 2023) event, and the EOSAM 2023 (Dijon, France 11-15 September 2023) event production and marketing together with the EOS team.
As being now in the early stages of her career Maria is extremely curious in developing skills in digital marketing, social media marketing (SMM), search engine optimization (SEO), and event production and management.
