13:45–14:05	Introduction and housekeeping   German cluster introduction Dr. Angelika Murr, Project Manager Internationalization, Photonics Hub GmbH   Finnish cluster introduction PhD Ana Gebejes, Head of Projects, Photonics Finland
14:05–14:30	Ultra precision manufacturing of optics Benjamin Bulla, Managing Director, son-x GmbH   The process of ultra precision manufacturing will be introduced as well as it’s potentials and limits. Furthermore the applicable markets will be presented and dedicated examples will be highlighted.
14:30–14:55	Multi Tool Concept Kai Brückmann, Technical Sales, OptoTech Optikmaschinen GmbH   Optical components are getting tighter in tolerances and often require post-processing, means correction or finishing. Apart from that new optical designs use more frequently non-conformal optics, complex shapes and extreme geometries. Each surface requires a different approach for finishing. This presentation shall introduce various technologies and presents use cases and practical examples.
14:55–15:20	Photonics manufacturing services from the corner of Europe Kimmo Solehmainen, Sales Director, Oplatek Group Oy   We believe that for companies having products based on photonic solutions it is wise to outsource some (if not all) of their key component manufacturing. This talk presents the manufacturing technologies and expertise which have enabled more than 1000 different photonics solutions to be developed and produced for a wide range of industries. 15:20–15:45	High refractive materials for Diffractive Optics Jukka Perento, VP Operations, Inkron Oy   High refractive index resin formulations designed for nano-imprinting and diffractive optics shall be presented. Further the gap filling low and ultra low. Refractive index coatings shall be also discussed including a few application examples.
