New employee to strengthen the Photonics Finland team!
Dr. Slava Vanyukov has started working in Photonics Finland as a CTO. He´s main responsibilities are to help non-photonics companies to lay the basis for using photonics technologies but also give support to photonics startups. Also he will organize the Photonics for -events and he will be in charge of the development tasks of the EU Miracle project.
Dr. Vanyukov graduated from UEF. He is specialized in the nonlinear optics of nanocarbon materials including nanodiamonds, carbon nanotubes, and graphene. After his graduation he worked in Hypermemo Oy, a Joensuu-based startup specialized in innovative laser for glass processing.
