During 2021 Photonics Finland and Kasve Ltd are creating a Photonics Top Expert Recruitment training to help Photonics Companies in Finland to find a new talent by offering service for recruitment and training based on company needs. This service is carried out in collaboration with TE-services and Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment.
The goal is to help photonics or photonics enabling companies to recruit and to train new talents. Also to help highly educated job-seekers with already some applicable experience to find their new career path in the cooperating companies.
Photonics Top Expert Recruitment training will benefit the just released Photonics Job Board LinkedIn group for talents and companies. The first pilot can take max 12 companies.
Photonics Top Expert Recruitment training is carried out in co-operation experienced professionals from Kasve Ltd and Photonics Finland. The content of the training is always tailored and based on the needs of employers.

Chipmetrics Oy is looking for a Product Manager with knowledge of technical product documentation, supply chain and quality management and / or logistics. Your responsibility is also to identify and implement appropriate manufacturing methods and materials for organ-on-chip devices and rapid prototyping with the R&D team, problem-solving to produce high quality data interpretation results and insightful biological interpretation and participate in the writing of manuscripts and Finnadvance’s platform datasheets. Applicants are expected to have MSc. or equivalent (biochemistry, mechanical/biomedical engineering, biotechnology or material science) and experience in the field of 3D cell biology, pharmacology, mammalian cell culture, imaging methods and biochemical experimentation and fluent English skills. Finnadvance is looking for a Back Office Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. Your key task is to assist in project management and general documentation, participate in web-page designing and external communication in writing and participate in the writing of manuscripts and Finnadvance’s platform data sheets. Applicants are expected to have MSc. or equivalent (biochemistry, biomedical engineering, biotechnology or related field), experience in designing and writing web-pages and experience in project management. We appreciate multitasking and thorough attention to detail and excellent written communication skills in English (skills in Finnish is a plus).
Hypermemo is looking for an Embedded Software Developer to enhance the company’s industrial automation team. In your role, you are responsible for design and implementation the embedded software for the company’s solutions and products, which include electrical, microelectronic, mechanical, optical, and pneumatic components.
