1. Election of the chairman, secretary, two protocol inspectors, and two vote counters for the meeting;

2. Verification of the legality and quorum of the meeting;

3. Approval of the board’s proposal for the next year’s action plan and budget;

4. Decision on the amounts of membership fees;

5. Election of representatives and candidates of the association to the governing bodies of those organizations in which the Association is a member;

6. Decision on proposed amendments to the Association’s rules

7. Discussion of other matters mentioned in the meeting invitation.

Photonics Finland sääntömääräinen syyskokous 2025

1. Kokouksen puheenjohtajan, sihteerin, kahden pöytäkirjantarkastajan ja kahden ääntenlaskijan valinta
2. Kokouksen laillisuuden ja päätösvaltaisuuden toteaminen
3. Hallituksen ehdotuksen hyväksyminen seuraavan vuoden toimintasuunnitelmaksi ja talousarvioksi
4. Päätös jäsenmaksujen suuruudesta
5. Yhdistyksen edustajien ja ehdokkaiden valinta niiden yhteisöjen hallintoelimiin, joissa yhdistys on jäsenenä
6. Päätös yhdistyksen sääntöjen muutoksesta
7. Kokouskutsussa mainittujen muiden asioiden käsittely
